Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipments or deliveries will occur on weekends, but not holidays. You may experience a delay in receiving your order if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if the shipping entity is having problems due to Covid-19 or high holiday demands. We will always do our best to get your order out promptly and with as few delays as possible.

Shipping Rates
Free shipping is offered on all products for USPS regular mail.
Expedited shipping is offered through USPS Priority Mail for an additional $10.00.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our custom orders (sizing, colors, etc.), if you are unhappy with your order, please contact me to discuss the return/exchange of your order. 907-243-4133. Orders that are not custom-made, if you are unhappy or displeased with the quality, please feel free to return your order after contacting me for authorization. Return/exchange shipping is NOT provided by Warm Memories.
